Solar Installer/Service Tech
Solar-Fit, “America’s Solar Team” is looking for additional installation and service technicians with a passion for a job well done to join our team!
If you have a background in electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, roofing, carpentry, pool service, pest control, alarm systems, building, fabrication, or are skillful in any other mechanical endeavor, and if you love to help people, and have a great winning attitude…we will train you to become a “top-notch” solar technician and enjoy a lifetime career in our country’s fastest-growing energy segment….solar power.
Must be comfortable working outside in Florida’s environment, have a clean driving record and background record, be able to work on roofs, ladders, and in attics, and be a team player.
Starting income based on skill level (listed hourly is without any bonuses). Team bonus structure available following a successful probationary period. Many opportunities for OT for those who are interested.

We are hiring Business Development Specialists in the Daytona & St. Augustine/Jacksonville areas. You must be a seasoned sales professional and have the ability to generate your own leads. Book of business is a plus. This is a base plus commission (and bonus incentives) position with unlimited earning potential.
Sales representative qualifications:
Must be motivated!
Ability to multitask and strong organization skills
Excellent customer service, belief in service after the sale and lifetime customers (referrals)
Reliable transportation
Basic computer knowledge & digital communication skills
Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Background Check
