The Patient Services Representative will work directly with our patients to create an exceptional patient experience, while ensuring accurate, efficient and effective administration of operational practices. Our Patient Services Representatives are the first point of contact to our patients and will work in collaboration with our clinical team members to ensure a smooth patient flow. This role requires exemplary customer service skills, problem solving, organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Liability No Fault Coordinator

The Liability No Fault Coordinator will work directly with our patient and legal partners to ensure proper resolution to liability claims. Our Liability No Fault Coordinators will be focusing on LOP, auto accidents, and slips & falls claims. This role requires an understanding of medical terminology, prior experience with litigation, and exemplary customer service skills.

Certified / Registered Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant will work directly under the supervision of our Orthopedic surgeons and will be accountable for creating an exceptional patient experience, while ensuring accurate, efficient and effective clinical operational practices are followed. The Medical Assistant will assist with patient care management, execute administrative and clinical procedures, and ensure a smooth patient flow. This role requires exemplary customer service skills, problem solving, organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Insurance Authorization Verification Coordinator

The Billing and Verification Coordinator for Physical Therapy will work directly under the supervision of our Physical Therapy Manager to create a smooth flow of information to our patients and our clinical team. The Billing and Verification Coordinator for Physical Therapy will be accountable for validating insurance eligibility for therapy benefits, co-pays, securing authorizations, limitations, approved # of visits, and expiration dates for authorizations for physical therapy patients. This team orientated fast-paced environment requires someone with great attention to detail, exemplary customer service skills, problem solving, and organizational skills.
